Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Data Analyst (Entry / Junior) role based in Sydney, NSW, with flexibility for some work from home. The Data Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data related to banking content, user engagement, and platform performance. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic data analysis, creating simple reports and dashboards, and supporting data-driven decisions for content planning and platform improvements. The role will also involve collaborating with content and marketing teams to interpret data trends and present findings in a clear, structured manner.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics and familiarity with Data Modeling concepts.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Candidates should possess proficiency in tools such as Excel or Google Sheets; exposure to SQL or data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.Candidates should possess the ability to work independently, manage part-time workloads, and collaborate effectively in a hybrid environment.Relevant coursework or a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related field is preferred; interest in banking and financial services is an advantage.
