Senior Property Investment Advisor

About the role

This is a high-impact advisory role for an ambitious, commercially minded property professional. As a Senior Property Investment Advisor, you will manage clients through the property investment journey — from initial consultation through to investment strategy and execution. You will understand each client's objectives, identify the right opportunities and confidently guide them towards a solution that makes sense for their circumstances. You'll have significant autonomy and be trusted to own your pipeline, manage your relationships and deliver against ambitious targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and convert a high-quality pipeline of property investment clients

• Conduct sophisticated discovery conversations to understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives and individual circumstances

• Develop compelling, solutions-based property investment strategies tailored to each client

• Build trust and credibility with clients through a consultative, high-value sales approach

• Guide clients confidently through the investment process and overcome objections with commercial intelligence and empathy

• Take ownership of the entire client journey from initial consultation through to commitment and execution

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities for ongoing value creation

• Work closely with property, finance, research and operations teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes

• Consistently achieve and exceed individual revenue and conversion targets

• Maintain accurate pipeline management and proactively manage sales activity

About you

• Proven success in a high-performance environment

• Demonstrated experience consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets

• Experience in property investment, financial services, wealth management, lending, real estate or another consultative sales environment

• Strong commercial and financial acumen

• Exceptional communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• The ability to confidently communicate complex concepts in a simple and compelling way

• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM

• A track record of operating independently while collaborating effectively with a broader team
