This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly established team focused on helping Australians build long term wealth through property.

As an Investment Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their property investment journey. Working with qualified leads, you'll take a consultative approach to understanding client goals, presenting tailored property investment solutions, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from initial enquiry through to transaction.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building trusted relationships, is highly process driven, and understands the importance of operating within structured compliance frameworks. You might come from the residential building industry, property, finance, wealth, lending or broader financial services sectors and be looking for an opportunity to combine your relationship management and commercial skills in an exciting new business.

What You'll Do

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their investment goals and objectives
• Conduct discovery conversations and present tailored property investment opportunities
• Manage clients through a structured end to end sales process
• Build trust and long term relationships through exceptional service and communication
• Collaborate closely with finance brokers and other internal stakeholders to support client outcomes
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline activity through CRM systems
• Deliver a high quality customer experience while achieving conversion and sales outcomes
• Contribute to the growth and success of a new and evolving ABN Group initiative

What You'll Bring

• Experience in a consultative sales, relationship management or client facing role
• Background within residential building, property, lending, mortgage broking, financial services, wealth or a related industry
• Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and engaging way
• A service led approach to sales, focused on building trust and delivering positive customer outcomes
• High attention to detail and the ability to work within regulated or compliance driven environments
• Strong organisational skills with a structured and process oriented approach
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and using CRM systems
• Professionalism, integrity and a customer first mindset
• Resilience, accountability and a genuine desire to help clients achieve their goals
