THE ROLE
This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 180 properties. You’ll be supported by dedicated administration and leasing support, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service, maintaining strong landlord relationships and effectively managing your portfolio. The role operates Monday to Friday with no weekends and offers the flexibility to work from home one day per week.

ABOUT YOU

• 12+ months experience in residential property management
• Experience with PropertyMe, IRE and Inspection Express (ideally)
• Current Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice (essential)
• Personal car and drivers license (essential)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Strong understanding of Victorian residential tenancy act
• Confident handling arrears, maintenance, routines, renewals and general portfolio management
• A proactive approach with the ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a close-knit team
