• Manage a residential portfolio of 175 plus properties
• Have a real connection with your owner and renters
• Inspections, maintenance, arrears, renewals and compliance
• Work From Home provided 

• Ideally 2+ years years managing a residential portfolio
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• Strong communicator, calm under pressure, team first attitude

• Salary range between $75-85k+Super (dep on experience)
• Monday to Friday with work from home flexibility 1 day a week
• 1 in 7 Saturdays
• Large team, dedicated leasing support, full administration support
