• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
• Conduct market research and analyse customer, competitor and industry trends.
• Identify new market opportunities and provide recommendations to support business growth.
• Coordinate digital marketing activities across website, SEO, email marketing and social media channels.
• Manage the creation of marketing content, advertising materials and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing data and prepare reports and recommendations.
• Manage external suppliers, agencies and creative partners to ensure marketing projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Support the development and maintenance of brand positioning and messaging.
• Assist in the planning and execution of new product and service launches.

Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing-focused role.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, content marketing and lead generation.
• Experience using marketing analytics tools, CRM systems and reporting platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organisational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across multiple business functions.
