• Molly Malone’s – Devonport
  The Irish pub with spirit, we have Guinness on tap and a family-friendly bistro with a gaming lounge!
  
• Mackey’s Royal Hotel – Latrobe
  Where live music meets a spacious bistro and flowing pints. A local favourite!
  
• Furner’s Hotel – Ulverstone
  The go-to for flavourful meals, functions, and a cheeky wine with friends. It’s where Ulverstone unwinds.

What you can expect in a day in this role:

In this role, you will be responsible for attending to enquiries from our gaming patrons, preparing and dispensing beverages, and providing exceptional customer service.

Some of your day-to-day duties will include:

• Managing and maintaining gaming functions and operations
• Managing TAB functions
• Day-to-day operations of gaming rooms
• Assisting patrons with both food and beverage orders, inquiries and complaints
• Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards

What you will bring to the role

Along with excellent customer service and the ability to take initiative, you will have:

• Demonstrated cash handling proficiency
• Knowledge of gaming machine regulations, compliance, operations, and procedures
• An understanding of food & beverage products and services
• A professional and mature “can do” attitude with the ability to work autonomously
• Current Tasmanian Responsible Service of Gaming Certificate (RCG) and Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (RSA)
• Keno Writer & Gaming Machine Attendant or Senior Keno Writer and Gaming Machine Supervisor Certificates and TAB would be advantageous

Please note that to be successful in this role, you need to be able to work a variety of night and weekend shifts, which may include public holidays.

A successful candidate in this role may be subject to pre-employment and ongoing screening checks.
