Waiters & Bartenders | Pellegrino2000 (Full-Time & Casual)
Pellegrino2000 is hiring!
We are looking for experienced Waiters & Bartenders to join the team behind Pellegrino2000, Clam Bar, Neptune's Grotto, and Grandfathers.
We operate Monday–Sunday and offer flexible scheduling across a 4 to 5 day work week. The successful candidates will join a dedicated team of industry professionals striving to deliver a world-class experience every service. As part of a fast growing restaurant group, we offer clear pathways for career progression and professional development.
What We Offer:
Highly competitive pay: $34.00 – $45.00 / hour (plus penalty rates & overtime)

Requirements:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, high-end or fine dining environment
Exceptional customer service, communication, and teamwork skills
Ability to comfortably turn tables within a 2-hour timeframe while maintaining acute attention to detail
A genuine passion for food, wine, and hospitality
Valid NSW RSA certification and legal work rights in Australia
Schedule: Full-time (36–40 hours/week) or Casual. Rotating roster including day, evening, and weekend shifts.
Work Location: In person (Surry Hills, NSW)
