The Role
Ready to bring brands to life, one unforgettable activation at a time? We're on the hunt for a Partnership & Events Coordinator to plan, manage and deliver standout events, activations and sampling experiences that build brand love and drive trial across our portfolio, with an initial focus on cocobella and ROKEBY.
This is a hands on, high energy role for someone who thrives amid the buzz of event day and the detail of the planning that gets you there. You'll be the driving force behind sampling campaigns that put our brands directly into the hands (and hearts) of consumers, working closely with our Partnerships Manager and Brand Team to turn strategy into action across Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.
If you love the thrill of a well executed activation, get energy from managing moving parts, and want to see your work come to life in the real world, this could be your next move.
Key Responsibilities
Sampling Strategy & Execution: Develop and deliver sampling and event plans that bring brand strategies to life, from major activations to ad hoc sampling, including sourcing prime locations and managing all activation assets.
Operational Management: Own the logistics behind every event, from stock and supplier management to budgets and building a reliable team of casual brand ambassadors.
Reporting & Optimisation: Track and report on activity performance, using insights and emerging trends to continually sharpen the program.
Stakeholder Management: Partner with internal teams, brand partners and external suppliers to secure standout sampling opportunities and amplify results.
About You
You'll bring 3 - 5 years' experience in event management, sampling programs or marketing, along with tertiary qualifications in a related field. You're comfortable with regular travel between Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane, flexible to work weekends when events call for it (with days in lieu), confident in Excel and hold a valid Australian driver's licence.
Experience managing promotional teams or product sampling campaigns is a strong advantage, as is a background in food and beverage, a Safe Food Handling Certificate, or the ability to drive a manual car.
What We Offer
Remuneration based on your experience and suitability for the role
Additional Annual Leave days (Birthday & Community Giveback Leave)

If you meet the above criteria and are interested in joining our dynamic and purpose-driven team, please send through your current resume, along with a cover letter if you'd like to share a bit more about yourself, demonstrating why you would be a great fit for the Partnership & Events Coordinator role.
We accept applications from all people with the right to live and work in Australia.
