About the role
As our new Fund Administrator, you'll play an important role in helping deliver a high-quality service experience for our members, employers, colleagues and stakeholders. Working as part of our Fund Administration team within Service Delivery, you'll take ownership of administration enquiries, transaction requests and operational tasks from start through to resolution, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with CareSuper's policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
 
You will:

• Process transaction requests, administration tasks and member record updates accurately, efficiently and in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
• Take ownership of enquiries through to resolution, providing informed, professional and timely support to members, employers, internal teams and external parties.
• Maintain accurate member records across administration systems, including Acurity and CFM, and ensure required information is collected and assessed appropriately.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strong service outcomes and smooth operational delivery.
• Support the development and improvement of operational systems, processes and procedures, including contributing to testing and implementation activities where required.
• Assist colleagues with complex enquiries, provide guidance where needed, and handle difficult situations in a calm, positive and values-led way.

What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who brings strong administration capability, a genuine service mindset and the ability to work with accuracy and care in a fast-paced environment.

You'll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience in superannuation administration, ideally with knowledge of relevant legislation, taxation and compliance requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to manage transaction processing, record keeping and administration tasks to a high standard.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to listen, ask the right questions and explain information in a professional and easy-to-understand way.
• Confidence managing multiple priorities across different operational channels while working to service standards, quality expectations and structured daily routines.
• A proactive and adaptable approach, with the ability to keep up with change, new ideas, system updates and evolving operational requirements.
• RG146 certification, or a willingness to obtain it, along with a values-led approach to delivering great outcomes for members and stakeholders.
