Administration Lead - Financial Advice

Donmont Capital is seeking an experienced and highly organised Administration Lead to join our financial advice practice.

This is an all-round administration role with a strong focus on superannuation implementation, client communication and adviser support. You’ll work closely with our advisers to ensure client advice is implemented accurately and efficiently, while managing applications, provider follow-ups, client records, annual reviews and general practice administration.

Key responsibilities will include implementing superannuation advice, processing applications and rollovers, liaising with super funds and platforms, managing outstanding requirements, maintaining accurate CRM records, supporting advisers with client administration, and ensuring implementation tasks are followed through to completion.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership of their work, has excellent attention to detail and enjoys keeping things organised and moving. Previous experience within a financial advice or financial planning practice is highly regarded.
