The Opportunity

Every day, you'll connect with customers, guiding them through a tailored sales experience as you match them with the perfect general insurance products – from Car, Motorcycle, Home, Contents as well as Roadside Assistance. Your Journey Begins:

• Commencement: Monday, 12 October 2026.

• Roster: This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours per week), operating on a rotational basis between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. You will be required to work a Saturday shift every 1 in 4 weeks. 

What You'll Be Responsible For:   

• Customer Interaction: Take inbound & outbound calls and provide exceptional customer service. 

• Effective Communication: Utilise strong communication skills to proactively identify and convert sales opportunities. 

• Performance: Meeting performance KPIs and sales targets. 

• Knowledge & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, systems, products, and brands, adhering to all relevant company policies and procedures.

• Team Collaboration & Performance: Contribute to team success, assist colleagues, and meet individual performance targets.
