Senior Change Manager - 10 month contract

• ACT Government
• 3 days in office per week
• $150-$170 per hour + SA
• ERP transformation experience (SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne, Workday or similar)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to lead organisational change activities for a major Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation. Working across multiple government directorates, you will drive stakeholder adoption, business readiness, communications and benefits realisation to ensure the successful transition to new ways of working.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver enterprise change management strategies and plans
• Conduct change impact assessments across people, process and technology
• Lead stakeholder engagement across executive, management and operational levels
• Design and deliver communications, engagement and readiness activities
• Support organisational adoption and transition to business-as-usual operations
• Develop benefits realisation frameworks, KPIs and reporting mechanisms

Requirements

• Extensive experience leading organisational change within large transformation programs
• ERP transformation experience (SAP, Oracle, TechnologyOne, Workday or similar)
• MSP, Prosci or equivalent change management certification
• Government sector experience
• Relevant tertiary qualifications
