About the role
As a Sales & Customer Service team member you will be part of our Head office team. We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive can-do attitude who thrives on collaborating with colleagues to provide the best possible customer experience from initial enquiries through to the despatch of orders. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about offering customer solutions with the opportunity to learn more about customer service and sales in the Healthcare Industry.
Key responsibilities
Providing friendly and professional responses to customer queries via phone and email, referring to the wider team where appropriate
Quoting customers through our ERP system and providing supporting information on product choices and availability
Following up leads and quotes, including logging feedback on systems
Developing expertise in product knowledge for all existing and new products
Assisting walk-in customers with enquiries in a prompt and friendly manner
Maintain a clean and presentable retail display space
Supporting the warehouse team in order fulfilment and freight bookings
Supporting the wider team with quotations, sales orders, freight and account queries
Database management
Ad hoc administrative duties as required
About you
Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role preferably in rehab and medical equipment
Friendly & thrives in a team environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Problem solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Good computer skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
