Customer Service Representative / Sales Support

About the role

The role is to receive enquiries from clients, seek answers to any technical questions from our support team, request quotes from suppliers, generate corresponding quotes to clients, and follow up when necessary. Receive sales orders and process them. Order from suppliers for stock and on demand. The role also includes hands-on warehouse responsibilities, receiving incoming goods and preparing and shipping stock to customers.

Key responsibilities

• Answer phone and email queries, be the voice of the company
• Liaise with customers regarding quotation requests and orders
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive customer relationships
• Procurement and maintenance of stock
• Goods receipting in the warehouse, checking and processing incoming deliveries
• Picking, packing, and shipping stock out to customers
• Track sales and provide status reports
• Ensure the swift fulfilment of customer needs
• General office admin and ad hoc duties as requested by Manager/Supervisor

About you

• Experience in a sales support role will be an advantage
• Warehouse experience, including goods receipting and shipping, will be highly regarded
• Knowledge of MS Office
• SAP experience is preferred but training can be provided
• Proven ability to build relationships with clients
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven willingness to learn and improve
