Provider Business Solutions
About the role
We are Provider Business Solutions. We work with NDIS providers across Australia on growth, operations and structure, and we are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients: a well established provider based in Western Sydney.
Our client delivers supported independent living and in-home supports. The business has grown on the strength of its work. Every referral it has ever received came from a coordinator who watched the service and trusted it. The owner is now building the leadership layer underneath, and this is the first role in it.
This is not a role you grow into.
We are looking for someone who can walk in, see what needs fixing, and fix it. If you need six months to find your feet, this is not the right one. If you have run service delivery before and you want the autonomy to run it properly, keep reading.
What you will own
The roster, across SIL and in-home supports. You solve coverage, you do not pass it up.
Compliance. Audit readiness, incidents, documentation, and the systems that keep all three current.
Participant intake. You assess every referral for fit with the household and the team before anything is committed.
The office team. You coach them, you build their capability, and you become the second pair of eyes the owner does not currently have.
What you need
Demonstrated rostering experience in disability or aged care. This one is a hard requirement.
Demonstrated NDIS compliance experience: audits, incident management, participant documentation.
Experience leading a service delivery team, and the confidence to hold people to a standard.
A relevant qualification in disability, community services or allied health.
The judgement to work a problem through before raising it, and to raise it with a recommendation attached.
What will set you apart
Business development capability, and an existing network of support coordinators, plan managers or allied health contacts.
Experience opening or running SIL.
You have been a 2IC before, and you know where the line sits between running a business and owning it.
Why this one
You report to the owner. There is no layer between you and the decision.
Real scope from week one. This is an operational reset, not a maintenance role.
A business with a genuine reputation for matching participants and workers properly, and the willingness to hold a room empty rather than force a fit.
$90,000 to $120,000 plus superannuation, based on what you bring.
Based in Western Sydney, on site.
