What does it take to move a business through its first cross-border payment without the onboarding flow breaking? EXFI builds business banking for companies that operate across jurisdictions — one multi-currency account, dedicated IBANs in GBP, EUR, USD, CAD, CHF, SGD and more, SWIFT, SEPA, FPS, BACS, CHAPS rails, competitive FX, intercompany settlement, and Xero integration. EXFI is the operating company; payment services are provided by Gemba Finance Ltd, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FRN: 804853). EXFI is not a bank and is not itself FCA-authorised. You work on the operations layer that makes the product hold. Everyone has a degree. Almost nobody has proof. This is where you get proof.
What you work onYou run client onboarding — application intake, document collection, coordination with the compliance team on a 24-to-48-hour review cycle. You build the operations playbooks for KYC, funding, and first-payment flows. You track partnership integrations with Xero, card issuers, and payment rails. You run quarterly client reviews and surface expansion and product requests to the team. You maintain the pricing and fee schedule and competitor benchmarks. You build the onboarding playbook that cuts first-payment time from days to hours.
The barA process built outside coursework, with the failure point named. A playbook another person can run without you in the room. Client communication kept clear across time zones. You have run a workflow end-to-end and can say what broke and what you changed.
Who this is forYou work until the flow is clean. You are comfortable owning a process from first intake to first payment. The map is dead. The time for being told what to do is over. Now you decide. Two years from now, you either have a stack of proof or you don't.
Where you do it — and why hereEpic Solutions PT runs the on-site program in Canggu, Bali. The campus is 4,000 sqm, and the people who run the companies are on it every day. What this location buys is attention, not a view.

TermsUnpaid under Indonesian law. A room is available on campus — rent paid by you. Epic Solutions PT hosts the on-site program and assists with the C22B internship visa process; the visa fee is yours. Daily lunch on us. Starting September.
RequirementsA degree in business, operations, or management — you have proven you can finish something. Not the ability to know things. The ability to learn things quickly.
