RequirementsQS with 5+ years’ experience in a professional QS consultancyWorking knowledge of local building codes and regulationsExperience in cost planning, budget preparation, contract admin, tender analysis and preparing tenders/contracts/master docsFamiliarity with CostX, Revit and BIM workflowsFull‑time working rights in Australia
