Senior Quantity Surveyor

What you'll be doing

You'll take ownership of projects across both public and private sectors, providing cost management and commercial advice from early feasibility through to project completion.

Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you'll manage project delivery, strengthen long-term relationships and become a trusted commercial advisor across a diverse portfolio of developments.

As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor junior Quantity Surveyors, share your experience and contribute to a collaborative culture built around technical excellence, knowledge sharing and professional development.

Working alongside experienced leaders, you'll continue expanding your expertise across cost management, project delivery, advisory and strategic asset management while building the leadership skills needed for the next stage of your career.

What you'll need

• Consultancy experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or an experienced Quantity Surveyor ready to step into a senior position

• Strong experience across pre and post contract Quantity Surveying

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• The ability to manage projects independently while mentoring junior team members

• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills

• AIQS or RICS membership, or working towards chartership, will be highly regarded

Salary: $120,000 to $150,000 + Super
