Administrative Coordinator

The Administrative Coordinator provides high level administrative coordination, workflow management and reporting support to ensure the effective delivery of the Custody Assurance and Review Unit assurance, review and organisational insight functions. The role underpins the Custody Assurance and Review Unit review and reporting capability by managing end to end administrative workflows, maintaining key registers and data sets, and supporting the development of reporting and governance products. Working closely with the Principal Reporting and Insights Analyst, the position contributes to reporting cycles, data integrity and quality assurance processes, enabling the accurate collation, validation and presentation of information that informs governance, assurance and organisational learning.
