Assistant Store Manager - BP Kurmond

Our Assistant Managers support the Site Manager in many aspects of Service Station/Convenience Store operations and provide practical guidance, leadership and inspiration to their teams on a daily basis. Furthermore, no two days are the same, so you'll need to be comfortable with change and dynamic enough to deal with any challenge.

You will be responsible for:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Supporting the Site Manager in driving store sales and achieving targets.
• Controlling store incomes and expenses.
• Contributing to all aspects of store operations; serving customers, stacking shelves, merchandising, ordering and maintaining Brand standards.
• Assist in the training and development of individual store team members.
• Ensuring a safe environment at all times for both staff and customers.
• Assisting with staff planning and rostering.
• Relieving the Site Manager as and when required.
