We’re now seeking an Assistant Manager to join our Clayton team and help drive the next chapter of our growth.

What You’ll Take Charge Of

• Customer Experience — delivering friendly service, preparing barista‑quality coffee, and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
• Operational Support — assisting the Site Manager with sales performance, targets, store standards and daily decision‑making.
• Financial Control — helping manage store expenses and contributing to profitability.
• Car Wash Oversight — ensuring smooth operation and minimal downtime.
• Store Presentation — merchandising, stock ordering, shelf replenishment and maintaining brand standards.
• Team Development — supporting training, coaching and daily leadership.
• Safety & Compliance — ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
• Rostering & Planning — assisting with staff scheduling and workforce planning.
• Leadership Coverage — stepping in for the Site Manager when required.
