Now part of the Epochal Hotels family, The Scarborough is entering an exciting new chapter, bringing together everything people have always loved about the venue with fresh ideas, great hospitality and a renewed focus on creating memorable experiences for our local Leisure Coast community.

We’re looking for a Manager to help lead what comes next.

THE ROLE: 

Day-to-day you are encouraging the team to create memorable moments for our guests, with guest experience and satisfaction always being at the forefront of what we do. There are operational responsibilities you’ll need to be across, as well as in-house processes and reporting. Most of all, you will be a leader of the business and know how to inspire the team, while getting the best out of everyone around you.  

Working in partnership with the Venue Manager and Licensee your will be responsible for: 

• Leading a small team to ensure that they are always delivering and creating memorable and exceptional experiences to our guests. 

• Fostering an inclusive, vibrant, nurturing, and fun culture for our team to ensure staff retention and growth. 

• Day-to-day management of the venue ensuring that The Scarborough Hotel is always immaculate and with a warm, fun, and inviting atmosphere for our guests. 

• Recruitment, and development of the team.

• Assisting the Venue Manager to ensure that appropriate systems are in place to effectively and efficiently manage and operate the venue.

• Assist with managing financial controls and reporting and executing growth strategies to increase revenue.

A leader and industry professional with ambitions to develop and learn in a highly supportive environment, while highlighting your personal talent. 

You are an experienced hospitality manager who works closely with our Locals, offering great pub food and creating a welcoming venue!

RSA required with the ability to work weekends.
