Loyalty Exchange Consultant

You'll follow up enquiries, book appointments, maintain customer records and work closely with our Sales, Service and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. 

You're a natural communicator who enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships. You may come from a sales, customer service, contact centre or relationship management background and genuinely enjoy helping customers while working towards goals and targets. 

You're confident on the phone, highly organised and proactive in your approach. You enjoy working as part of a team, take ownership of your work and are motivated by achieving results. 

Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, while experience within automotive, retail sales, contact centres or relationship based sales environments will be highly regarded. 

You'll enjoy a Monday to Friday roster, a supportive team culture and the opportunity to earn above your base salary through a rewarding commission structure. On offer is a competitive package of $60,000 + Super with realistic earnings of around $75,000 OTE. 

You'll work from our brand-new, state of the art dealership in Essendon Fields, receive ongoing training and support, and gain valuable experience with one of Australia's leading Toyota dealerships.
