Loyalty Exchange Consultant

A Day in the Life
No two days are the same. You'll spend your day connecting with existing Airport Toyota customers, having meaningful conversations about their current vehicle, understanding their future needs and introducing opportunities to upgrade into a new Toyota. 

 

You'll follow up enquiries, book appointments, maintain customer records and work closely with our Sales, Service and Finance teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. 

 

This isn't a cold calling role. You'll be engaging with warm customers who already know and trust the Airport Toyota brand, allowing you to focus on building genuine relationships and creating value with every interaction.

About You

You're a natural communicator who enjoys talking to people and building lasting relationships. You may come from a sales, customer service, contact centre or relationship management background and genuinely enjoy helping customers while working towards goals and targets. 

 

You're confident on the phone, highly organised and proactive in your approach. You enjoy working as part of a team, take ownership of your work and are motivated by achieving results. 

 

Previous experience in a customer facing role is essential, while experience within automotive, retail sales, contact centres or relationship based sales environments will be highly regarded. 

 

Most importantly, you bring energy, enthusiasm and a genuine passion for delivering a great customer experience.
