As a Disability Support Worker, you will support participants in a SIL (Supported Independent Living) home and in the community, providing personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship.
Key responsibilities
Support participants in a SIL (Supported Independent Living) home and in the community
Provide personal care, domestic assistance, and companionship
Assist with community access, appointments, and daily activities
Support participants with psychosocial disabilities including anxiety, schizophrenia, ABI and TBI
Encourage independence, routine, and confidence
Work flexible casual shifts (weekdays and some weekends)
