We’re looking for passionate, skilled, and courageous individuals to join our Southern Tasmania Operations Team in the areas of Huonville/Kingston and Hobart’s northern suburbs.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide personal care with dignity and respect
• Safely perform manual handling tasks
• Support daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activities
• Administer medication and monitor wellbeing
• Work as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is:

• Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs
• Flexible and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight
• A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively
• Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols

What You’ll Need

• Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)
• Unrestricted full driver’s licence
• Ability to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or already have them)
