Provide personal care with dignity and respectSafely perform manual handling tasksSupport daily routines, recreation, and skill-building activitiesAdminister medication and monitor wellbeingWork as part of a purpose-driven, compassionate team

Who We’re Looking For

You’re someone who is:

Brave and compassionate — ready to support people with complex needs Flexible and reliable — comfortable with varied shifts, including overnight A team player — communicates clearly and works collaboratively Committed to safety and quality — follows care plans and reporting protocols

What You’ll Need

Certificate III or above in Disability Support (preferred)Unrestricted full driver’s licenceAbility to obtain a National Police Check, Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Check (or already have them)
