We are currently looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our beautiful team, whether you’re a new graduate looking for strong mentoring and support, or an experienced therapist ready to feel valued again.

$120,000 – $147,000 package

Up to $22,000 bonus opportunities
$5,000 annual PD + supervision budget
12.5% superannuation

About the Role

You’ll work alongside our multidisciplinary team supporting children aged 0–18 and their families through meaningful, evidence-based therapy.

Your week may include:
• Assessments & intervention
• Parent coaching
• Group programs
• Collaborative MDT planning
• Home programs
• Supervision of AHAs
• Helping families feel seen, heard, and supported

And no, you won’t be drowning in admin while someone tells you to “just fit one more client in.” We value sustainable workloads and quality care.
