• Delivering person-centred Speech Pathology services that support meaningful outcomes

• Building practical strategies with clients, families, carers and support networks

• Working across community and clinic settings, helping clients achieve their goals where they live, learn and participate

• Developing evidence-informed intervention plans tailored to individual needs

• Collaborating with Occupational Therapists and Physiotherapists who genuinely value your input

• Contributing to a neuro-affirming and innovative clinical culture

• Receiving supervision and mentoring that helps you develop your own clinical style, not just tick boxes

• Celebrating wins together and supporting each other through challenges

🧩 Your caseload

Varied, rewarding and genuinely interesting. You'll work with paediatric, adolescent and adult clients across areas including:

• physical disability

• Autism

• Developmental delay

• Intellectual disability

• Neurological conditions

• AAC and complex communication needs

• Swallowing and mealtime support
