About the role

We're seeking a passionate and driven Sales Consultant who shares our commitment to delivering exceptional service and creating meaningful relationships within the community.

You'll be someone who takes pride in representing a trusted brand, understands the importance of genuine connections and is motivated by achieving outstanding results for your clients.

As a Sales Consultant, you'll be responsible for building relationships with prospective vendors, providing expert market advice, developing tailored sales strategies and guiding clients through one of the most important decisions of their lives.

What you will bring

• Previous experience in residential real estate sales and a strong understanding of the Melbourne property market.
• A proven ability to build relationships and generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills.
• A strong client focus and alignment with our values.
• The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative team environment.
• An Estate Agent's Licence or Agent's Representative Certificate.
• A current Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
