About The Role

As a Driller Offsider, you'll be a vital member of the drilling crew, supporting daily operations and contributing to the safe and efficient delivery of drilling programs.

Responsibilities May Include

Assisting Drillers and crews with drilling operationsEquipment handling and rig support activitiesSample collection and presentationSite preparation, maintenance and housekeepingLoading and unloading materials and suppliesOperating vehicles, plant and equipment where authorisedUsing power tools and supporting general labouring activitiesFollowing procedures and safe work practices at all timesWorking collaboratively within a small, close-knit team environment

What We're Looking For

Successful candidates are safety-focused, reliable and willing to work in physically demanding environments.

Ideally, You'll Have

HR Driver's Licence or the ability to obtain onePrevious experience in labouring, construction, civil, mining, drilling, agriculture or a related industryA strong commitment to safetyGood communication skills and a team-first attitudeThe ability to work in remote locations and challenging conditions

Highly Regarded

High Risk Work LicenceExperience operating plant or heavy equipmentWelding, grinding or other hot works experiencePrevious drilling, mining or resource sector experience

Life on the Job

Our operations run around the clock and roster arrangements vary depending on project and client requirements.

Common Roster Patterns Include

2 weeks on/ 1 week off2 weeks on/ 2 weeks off3 weeks on/ 3 weeks off
