Are you a relationship-focused professional who enjoys working across corporate partnerships, community fundraising and stakeholder engagement?

At Ronald McDonald House Victoria & Tasmania, we’re looking for a Partnerships & Community Account Manager to play a key role in growing and managing the relationships that directly support families with seriously ill children.

This is a hands-on role focused on both securing new partnerships and strengthening existing ones — ensuring our partners feel connected, valued and part of the impact they help create.

Part-Time (0.6 FTE) – 12-month parental leave cover role | Hobart | Hybrid working

Who are we?

Ronald McDonald House Victoria & Tasmania supports families with seriously ill children, providing accommodation, programs and support when they need it most.

For nearly 40 years, we’ve been keeping families close to their child’s care — and that work is only possible because of our partners, community and people.

Your impact:

In this role, you’ll work closely with the Corporate & Community Engagement Manager and broader teams to grow partnership revenue, support community fundraising and strengthen engagement with McDonald’s stakeholders.

You’ll focus on:

• Securing and growing corporate partnerships
• Managing and retaining existing partner relationships
• Supporting community and third-party fundraising initiatives
• Strengthening engagement with local McDonald’s networks
• Delivering a high-quality, consistent partner experience

 This role is about building genuine, long-term relationships — ensuring our partnerships are aligned, impactful and sustainable.

What you’ll be doing:

Corporate Partnerships & Account Management

• Identify, secure and onboard new corporate partners
• Manage existing partnerships to drive retention and growth
• Develop tailored engagement plans and partnership opportunities
• Support integration of partners into campaigns and initiatives
• Track and report on partnership performance and impact

Community Fundraising & Support

• Support third-party fundraisers with guidance and resources
• Deliver a high-quality experience for community supporters
• Contribute to digital and peer-to-peer fundraising initiatives
• Monitor engagement and fundraising outcomes

 McDonald’s Stakeholder Engagement

• Build strong relationships with local McDonald’s franchisees and teams
• Support local fundraising and engagement activities
• Deliver collaborative campaigns and initiatives
• Gather insights and feedback to inform ongoing strategy

 Events, Engagement & Delivery

• Support corporate and community events and activations
• Ensure experiences align with partner expectations and brand standards
• Represent Ronald McDonald House Victoria & Tasmania with professionalism and energy

 Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain accurate records across systems (e.g. Salesforce)
• Contribute to reporting, insights and internal communications
• Support cross-team collaboration and shared initiatives

Who are you?

You’re a relationship-driven professional who enjoys working across multiple stakeholders and delivering tangible outcomes.

You bring:

• Experience in partnerships, account management, fundraising or business development
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
• Confidence managing multiple priorities and delivering outcomes
• Clear and professional communication skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Strong time management and attention to detail
• Experience in the not-for-profit or community sector is valued, but not essential.
