Partnerships Manager
Full-Time | Permanent | Remote (Perth, WA)
Are you a natural relationship builder with a passion for purpose-driven work and a proven ability to grow strategic partnerships?
We’re looking for an experienced Partnerships Manager to join our remote team, giving you flexibility while you build and manage relationships across Western Australia. This is a varied, impact-driven role spanning major donor fundraising, corporate and church partnerships, community engagement, and public speaking, ideal for someone who thrives on connecting people to a meaningful cause. Reporting to the Team Leader, you’ll represent Destiny Rescue at events, conferences, churches, and community gatherings, helping grow awareness of our mission to rescue children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking.
About Us
Destiny Rescue is an internationally recognised Christian non-profit dedicated to rescuing children from sexual exploitation and human trafficking and helping them stay free. Through rescue operations and long-term reintegration programs across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, we work every day to bring freedom, safety, and hope to vulnerable children. To date, we’ve rescued more than 26,000 individuals and continue to grow our global impact through the support of committed partners and donors.
About the Role
As Partnerships Manager, you will manage and grow a diverse portfolio of corporate, church, major donor, community, and ambassador relationships to increase fundraising, advocacy, and engagement across Western Australia.
