Full Time Content Creator (Marketing)

SALARY: $80,000 + SUPERANNUATION

Altra Flooring Pty Ltd, trading as Alt Constructions Group, is seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator (Marketing) to join our growing team in Adelaide. This is a full-time position responsible for creating engaging digital content that promotes our flooring and construction services, strengthens brand awareness, and supports business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and support the delivery of the company’s digital marketing and social media content strategy.
• Create engaging written, photographic and video content for social media, websites and other digital marketing platforms.
• Develop, schedule and publish content in accordance with the company’s content calendar.
• Update and maintain website content to ensure information remains accurate and relevant.
• Monitor and analyse content performance, including engagement, website traffic and conversion metrics.
• Recommend and implement improvements to content based on performance data and search engine optimisation (SEO) principles.
• Work closely with management, sales staff, designers and external service providers to deliver marketing campaigns on time.
• Ensure all published content is consistent with the company’s branding, visual identity and marketing objectives.
• Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, customer success stories and other marketing initiatives as required.
• Attend construction and installation sites to capture photo and video content of project progress and completed works. A valid White Card is required for site access.

Skill & Experience

Essential Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, Graphic Design or a closely related field.
• At least three years of relevant professional experience in marketing, digital marketing, content marketing or a related field.
• Previous marketing experience within the building/construction industry, with examples or a portfolio of relevant marketing work/projects.
• Demonstrated ability to create high-quality written, photographic and video content for digital platforms.
• Experience using social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn for business marketing.
• Knowledge of content management systems (CMS), digital marketing tools and basic SEO principles.
• Experience using design and content creation software such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
• Must hold a valid White Card (Construction Induction Card).
