About the role
Help shape better systems, smoother workflows and stronger housing support.
A practical, varied coordination role for someone who enjoys improving how work gets done.

Your work will strengthen planning, accountability and housing administration for Aboriginal tenants, communities and housing owners.
What you will be doing
Coordinate Housing Services administration, requests, actions and follow-up.
Prepare and quality-check tenancy agreements, notices, sign-up packs and supporting records.

Maintain reporting calendars, registers, correspondence, evidence and audit-ready records.
Help staff use Microsoft Teams and approved Housing systems consistently and effectively.
Coordinate Housing input into the Shintaro to Zavanti transition, including data checking, issue logging, testing and staff readiness.
Improve workflows, templates, registers and document-control practices.
Provide practical guidance to Housing staff on systems, records, reporting and workflows.
You may be the right person if you
Enjoy creating clear actions, practical checklists, reliable records and strong follow-up.
Can manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines.
Identify practical improvements and respectfully follow work through to completion.
Are confident using Microsoft 365, particularly Teams, Word, Excel and Outlook.
Learn systems quickly and can help others adopt consistent work practices.
Communicate clearly, use sound judgement and handle confidential information carefully.
Can work respectfully in an Aboriginal community-controlled organisation and support culturally safe service delivery.
What you will bring
Relevant qualifications in business administration, housing, property, legal administration, community services or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience coordinating administration in a busy, regulated or service-delivery environment.
Experience preparing or checking controlled documents, reports, records or evidence packs.
Strong written communication, attention to detail, data checking and stakeholder coordination skills.
The ability to support system transition, data migration, validation, issue tracking and staff readiness.
A current NSW Class C driver licence and the ability to obtain and maintain required checks or clearances.
Why join Many Rivers?
Purposeful work with an Aboriginal community-controlled housing organisation.
A practical role with real scope to improve systems and day-to-day ways of working.
The opportunity to contribute to a major Housing system transition and lasting service improvements.
A broad position that values initiative, problem-solving and follow-through.
Your background
You may come from housing, property, legal administration, government, community services, compliance, project coordination, executive support or another environment where organisation, deadlines and evidence matter. Direct housing experience is helpful, but practical coordination skills, systems confidence and a commitment to improvement are most important.
