Part Time Property Manager

About the role

This Casual Property Manager role is a contract position based on-site in Geelong, VIC. The role involves overseeing day-to-day operations of co-living properties, including conducting regular inspections, coordinating maintenance and repairs, and ensuring common areas and facilities are clean, safe, and functional. The Property Manager will respond to resident inquiries and concerns, assist with move-ins and move-outs, and support tenant communications such as notices and updates. Responsibilities also include managing basic records, assisting with rent and bond follow-up in line with company procedures, and liaising with contractors and service providers. The role requires a strong on-site presence, flexible availability, and a commitment to providing a positive resident experience.

Key responsibilities

About you

• Property management or real estate experience, including coordinating maintenance, inspections, and tenant communications
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build respectful relationships with residents and stakeholders
• Good organizational and time management abilities, including handling multiple tasks, maintaining records, and meeting deadlines
• Basic administrative and computer skills, such as using email, spreadsheets, and property management systems or databases
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn local tenancy regulations and best practices relevant to shared and co-living rooming homes environments
• Ability to work independently on-site in Geelong, VIC, use sound judgment, and escalate issues when required
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between properties in the Geelong area as required
