Our client Q Report Jewellery Insurance is seeking a Customer Relations Consultant to join their team!

We're growing and looking for two enthusiastic Customer Relations Consultants who genuinely enjoy helping people and are motivated by achieving strong results.

What you'll be doing?

• Engage with clients: Connect with new and existing clients via phone, SMS, and email, fostering warm conversations that lead to meaningful connections.
• Provide product knowledge: Offer clear product advice and create an exceptional customer experience, guiding customers through their journey from quote to cover.
• Respond to enquiries: Address quote requests and answer questions, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
• Process transactions: Handle payments and finalise customer policies, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
• Maintain records: Keep accurate CRM records and manage general admin tasks, ensuring all customer information is up-to-date and organised.
• Achieve sales targets: Work towards achievable sales targets and KPIs, supported by a collaborative and encouraging team environment.

Who are they looking for?

• Communication skills: Confident communicators who can build rapport quickly and effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities: Strong problem-solvers with a calm, helpful approach to customer interactions.
• Attention to detail: Individuals with high attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• CRM experience: Experience using CRM systems to manage customer information and interactions.
• Passion for customer service: A genuine passion for customer service and hitting sales targets, with a desire to help customers protect what's most precious to them.
• Technical skills: Competence with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, to efficiently manage communications and tasks.
