Role Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Electrician to join our experienced team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in various settings, including residential, commercial, and industrial locations. This role requires a commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

- Ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.

- Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

- Direct and train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.

- Prepare sketches or follow blueprints to determine the location of wiring and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.

- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring all electrical work meets quality and safety standards.

- Change or replacement of faulty wiring, switchboards, or any other electrical items.

Qualifications:

- AQF certificate III with two years on-job training, or certificate IV.

- At least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.

- In some instances relevant experience and/or on-the-job training may be required in addition to the formal qualification.

- Proven experience as an electrician.

- Registration or licensing may be required.

- Deep knowledge of electrical systems, power generation, designs, and maintenance.

- Strong problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

- Current electrician's license.

Salary - $190,000 - $198,000 plus super
