Barista/All Rounder

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Barista who can consistently produce high-quality coffee while delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires someone confident in handling busy periods, taking accurate orders, and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.

2-3 days a week part time/ casual

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks
• Dial in grinders and maintain coffee consistency throughout the day
• Take customer orders accurately (POS system experience preferred)
• Handle cash and EFTPOS transactions
• Maintain cleanliness of coffee machine, bar area, and seating areas
• Refill stock and manage basic inventory
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Work efficiently during peak periods

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 year barista experience preferred

• Confident in latte art
• Strong understanding of coffee extraction and milk texturing
• Fast, organised, and able to multitask
• Excellent communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented
• Experience in hospitality or customer service

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 – $52.50 per hour
