Field Service | Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanics | HD Fitters

AWE is seeking experienced Heavy Diesel Fitters to support HME maintenance operations across the Bowen Basin. The role involves breakdown response, component change-outs, rebuilds, and preventative maintenance on Mobile plant, Draglines & ancillary equipment.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out breakdown response, diagnostics, repairs, and fault finding.
• Strip, assess, and rebuild hydraulic & pneumatic systems and components.
• Perform component change-outs, rebuilds, and major repairs on mobile plant, draglines, and ancillary equipment

What's on Offer:

• Various Rosters available.
• Rates up to $105 per hour.
• Work across major Bowen Basin mining operations
• Exposure to a wide range of HME, mobile plant, draglines, and ancillary equipment

To be considered, you must hold the following:

• Australian Working Rights
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
• Experience with mining & heavy equipment.
• Australian Recognised Trade Certificate (Heavy Diesel / Mobile Plant).
• Ability to pass full pre-employment medical & drug/alcohol screening.
