HD Mechanics

JRM Resources is a proudly family-owned and operated business based in Waroona, Western Australia. With over 40 years of industry experience, we have built a strong local workforce delivering Civil, Mining and Forestry services across the Peel Region and surrounding areas.

We are currently seeking experienced HD Mechanics to join our workshop and site teams. This is a varied role with opportunities across our Bauxite Mine and Refinery sites, including Willowdale/Larego, Huntly/Myara, Wagerup and Pinjarra, as well as our Waroona workshop, with site-based, workshop-based and combined site/workshop positions available.

About the Role:

• Site and Workshop based roles – DIDO ONLY

• 8/6, 7/7, 5/2 rosters available

• Maintenance, servicing and repairs on heavy diesel mobile plant and civil equipment

• Diagnosing faults, completing breakdown repairs and preventative maintenance

• Working independently and within a supportive team environment

• Ensuring safe and efficient operation of equipment on site

Requirements:

• Australian-recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification

• Own tools required

• Experience maintaining and repairing mobile plant within civil or mining environments

• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding ability

• Breakdown and problem-solving experience

• Valid Driver’s Licence and ability to pass medical and D&A

• HR Licence (desirable)
