About the Opportunity:
We are looking for Larder Chefs to join our team at Hawker Hall. This is an amazing opportunity to either start your culinary journey and learn from the best in the industry or to utilise your skills and experience. You will be a passionate and a highly energetic hospitality professional. The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

• Experience as a larder chef advantageous
• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Demonstrate positive attitude 
• Understanding of Food Safety and OH&S standards and compliance
• Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes 
• Attention to detail
• Time management 
• Calm and composed demeanour
