Full Stack software developer: Typescript, React, React Nat experience Essential

We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer who, along with other members of our Developer team will be responsible for the development cycle of the ClevaQ. Duties will include but are not limited to developing and directing software system validation and testing methods, as well as directing our software programming initiatives. You will also be working closely with cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.

• It is essential that the candidate has extensive TypeScript, React & React native experience.

• Also, ideal experience would include previous exposure to AWS, Lmbda, SQS, Cognito & Dynamo DB.

• Experience with POS & Payment gateways are nice-to-have's but not essential.

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field is required. You will also need at least five to seven years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field to be successful in this role. Those fields being - ordering solutions, Point of sale, Property Management, Loyalty or ecommerce software platforms.

Responsibilities

•                     Developing and directing software system validation and testing methods

•                     Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes

•                     Directing our software programming initiatives

•                     Determining operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions

•                     Overseeing the development of documentation

•                     Working closely with cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses

•                     Analyzing data to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems

•                     Improves operations by conducting systems analysis and recommending changes in policies and procedures

•                     Monitoring system performance

•                     Creating innovative solutions to accomplish engineering and organisation mission

•                     Testing new software and fixing bugs

•                     Shaping the future of our systems

Requirements

•             A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or another related field

•             Five to seven years of software engineering or software development experience, preferably in a related field

•             Hands-on programming experience using relevant languages

•             Experience using relevant tool suite

•             Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

•             Creative problem-solving skills

•             Experience managing the software development lifecycle

•             The ability to prioritize activities and deliver projects on time

•             Experience working with clients and business partners

•             A comprehensive understanding of computer science concepts

•             Excellent coding skills

•             Extensive knowledge of agile methodologies

•             Strong team building skills

•            A desire to stay on top of market trends and engage with AI efficiencies where relevant.
