The Role
As Cafe Lead, you will drive our culinary and beverage experience, blending mindful hospitality with operational precision. You will oversee daily operations, guide the team, and deliver elevated nourish-and-restore offerings for our members.
In this role, you will:
Deliver high-standard food and beverage service aligned with Onsen’s luxury philosophy.
Lead and support the cafe team to ensure seamless service and meticulous presentation.
Manage daily inventory, supplier orders, stock rotation, and strict food safety standards.
Maintain flawless cleanliness across the cafe, dining area, and prep spaces.
Talent Profile
Experience as a Lead Barista, Cafe Supervisor, or Senior Team Member in luxury hospitality or high-end venues.
Strong leadership skills and a passion for cultivating genuine member relationships.
Expertise in specialty coffee, coffee art, tea rituals, and safe food handling protocols.
Valid working rights in Australia (and relevant RSA/Food Handling certifications).
