Role Description</strong> The Client Services Officer is a full-time, hybrid role based in Cairns, QLD, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. In this position, the Client Services Officer will manage day-to-day client interactions, including responding to enquiries, coordinating appointments, and ensuring timely follow-up on service requests. The role involves maintaining accurate client records, preparing documentation for advice meetings, and liaising with product providers to support the implementation of financial strategies. The Client Services Officer will monitor client service workflows, help resolve issues, and contribute to continuous improvements in client experience. Collaboration with advisers and other team members is essential to ensure efficient operations and consistent, high-quality service delivery.
