PWR is growing rapidly, and we're expanding our Machine Shop team.

We're seeking experienced 3 and 5 Axis CNC Machinists (or 3+2 machining experience) to manufacture high-precision components for the Motorsport, Aerospace and Defence industries.

You'll have the opportunity to work in a modern manufacturing environment alongside a highly skilled team, producing complex parts that demand accuracy, quality and attention to detail.

• Day shift (6am- 2pm, Mon - Fri) - Overtime available, 9 day fortnight option

• Afternoon Shift (2pm–12am, Mon - Thurs) + Night shift loading

If you're an experienced machinist looking for modern equipment, interesting work, career progression and long-term stability, we'd love to hear from you.

• Experience using Mazak Variaxis and HAAS CNC milling machines would be advantageous, with Integrex lathe experience highly regarded. Alternatively, strong experience with similar machining centres will be considered.

• Experience with 3-axis and 5-axis CNC milling machines, (or 3+2 )

• Good understanding of tooling selection and procedures.

• Verification and accuracy of component, recording results, reporting any issues.

• Time served machinist or equivalent recognised apprenticeship/experience.

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, customer specifications and condition of supply.

• High level of detail orientation.

• Excellent communication skills and team player - be able to work well alongside others.
