As a Food & Beverage Attendant at Cleo, you will play an integral role in delivering memorable experiences through warm, intuitive hospitality and exceptional service. Bringing energy, professionalism and genuine connection to every guest interaction, you’ll help create the vibrant atmosphere that defines the Cleo experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming and engaging experiences by delivering thoughtful, personalized service

• Confidently guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations across food and beverages with genuine enthusiasm and product knowledge

• Anticipate guest needs throughout service, ensuring every table feels attended to, relaxed and well cared for

• Deliver food and beverages with precision, pace and attention to detail in a high-energy service environment

• Maintain presentation standards across the restaurant, ensuring tables, stations and service areas are consistently polished and service-ready

• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar and leadership teams to create seamless service flow and memorable guest experiences

• Contribute positively to team culture by bringing professionalism, initiative and strong communication to every shift

• Uphold venue standards in cleanliness, hygiene and safety while maintaining a premium guest environmen
