The position

As an award winning organization, we are experiencing exciting times as we grow. We have an opportunity for new graduates to join our team in 2023.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• design and implement market leading recruitment programs that support the firms graduate recruitment strategy;
• work with the National Resourcing Manager to design and implement the graduate resourcing strategy;
• manage the end-to-end recruitment process for clerks and graduates;
• ensure that the firm attracts and recruits the best quality candidates through  attraction and engagement initiatives, events and sponsorships;
• collation of relevant statistics and reporting on graduate and vacation clerkship recruitment; and
• involvement in national People & Development strategic projects.

What you'll bring

To succeed in this role you will need:

• exceptional time management and organisational skills and the ability to manage and prioritise a busy workload;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• strong influencing and consulting skills;
• at least three years' experience in a similar role in a professional services environment;
• experience using best practise assessment and selection tools; and
• relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources are essential.
