Cabinet Marker / Leading Hand

Working alongside our experienced team, you will be involved in the manufacture and delivery of high-quality custom joinery and cabinetry.

For the Leading Hand position, you will also take an active role in coordinating day-to-day workshop operations, supporting, and guiding other team members, maintaining quality standards and helping ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified and experienced Cabinet Maker

• Strong knowledge of cabinetmaking and joinery construction

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

• Ability to read and interpret plans and drawings

• Reliable, punctual, and professional

• Strong work ethic and ability to work effectively within a team

• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for your work

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• Current White Card

For Leading Hand applicants:

• Previous supervisory or Leading Hand experience preferred

• Ability to coordinate workflow and assist in managing workshop priorities

• Confidence supervising and supporting tradespeople and apprentices

• Strong quality-control standards

• Ability to identify issues and find practical solutions

• A hands-on approach — this is a working Leading Hand position
